You acknowledge and agree that any content obtained from your input into the platform must not be referred to as professional legal advice and/or used as a substitute to the advice of a qualified and licensed solicitor in the relevant jurisdiction.
To access the platform and/or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the platform that all the information you provide to us is correct, current, and complete.

Thank you for choosing SatLegal. Please read the following refund policy carefully before proceeding with any payment.
All payments made for the services offered on this website are considered final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, budget constraints, or dissatisfaction.
Our services are digital, customised, or consultation-based with third-party lawyers, delivered immediately or via third-party platforms. Once work begins or data is shared, they cannot be undone or transferred. Refunds shall not be applicable once the fees have been utilised towards the delivery of services, considering the time, effort, and resources already invested, which are non-recoverable in nature. Payments made to third-party service providers — including lawyers involved in consulting the query — are strictly non-refundable.
Please review our services carefully before proceeding with your query, its probable outcome, and the associated report.
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where refunds are mandated by law for defective or misrepresented services, those exceptions will apply. Refunds will be issued only in cases where, upon completion of our internal review, it is determined that we have failed to deliver the agreed services. All approved refunds, if any, as determined post internal review, will be transferred within 5 to 7 working days.
By proceeding with your report, you acknowledge and agree that SatLegal does not issue refunds.
SatLegal will not be considered responsible for any breach of policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, Covid-19 like situations, El Niño impacts, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott, or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
